Types of Separators

#1. Draw magnet

This type of magnet is part of the existing piping system or stores that will facilitate the separation of goods. The magnet is composed of 2 magnetic fields connected to one another over which is more important. Metal impurities adhere to the magnet and the refined material is collected after passing through the magnet. Grids can be removed for cleaning.

#2. Magnetic Trap

This machine is designed to remove ferrous tramp metal and metal impurities from liquid processing and transmission lines. It contains any ceramic anisotropic magnets or strong earth magnets.

This Magnet can be used to purify water or to clean and to separate impurities from fruit juice, chocolate juice, edible oil, and more.

#3. Self-Cleaning Magnetic Grill

Self-Cleaning Magnetic Grill contains magnetic filtering bars. The bars are made of permanent stainless steel magnet tubes with a special magnetic circuit. The grill is used in such a way that metal impurities are attached to the bars when the goods are transferred to the grill.

This grill can be used effectively if the dirt is between 1% to 1.5% by weight, otherwise more grills or drawers should be used.
